Policy
BOOKING
We do require booking at least two weeks in advance. Last minute booking will include additional LATE FEE/FAST SHIPPING FEE. Any bookings later than 1 week will NOT be accepted unless owner accepts. Fast Shipping Fee will automatically be required on bookings less than 4 days in advance. Please be aware All Hotels & Airbnb's Downtown & Valet ONLY, WILL Be Charged Additional $25 For Parking.
RETAINER
Fifty percent retainer NON-REFUNDABLE REQUIRED. We accept Cash app, Zelle, and Apple Pay. We no longer accept CASH Payments. Deposits are due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is DUE 24 hours in advance except if you are a travel client. all clients that are paying for traveling must pay full balance a week in advance.
If you are booking less than 4 days in advance, Full Payment will be required. No full payment, no service.
You will receive an invoice in your email that you provided. Your invoice will show everything for which you are charged. Please read and sign your invoice. Your invoice is important. The invoice will break down everything you have requested and what you are being charged for, that way there will be no confusion on prices and what's included in service.
REFUNDS
There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS. We assure you every effort in decorating for your event will be created with the best of our ability. It is to our highest standard to provide excellent services.
CANCELLATION
If you decide to cancel, Liv’s Luxury Decor will no longer issue a Credit. To reschedule, you MUST submit a new date THE DAY OF CANCELLATION that's within the following week.
